Having a supportive, happy environment is one of the best things that we can give our youth players, and something we can control. At the beginning of each game, a captain from each team will read the "RESPECT" Program to the crowd, to reiterate that Nordic Soccer Club does not tolerate any disrespect or negativity towards any individual before, during, or after a game. The program reads:

"Good sportsmanship is viewed as a commitment to fair play, ethical behavior, and integrity.

All individuals including parents, spectators, players, and coaches are expected to model good sportsmanship throughout the tournament.

Thank you for respecting our referees, players, spectators, coaches, and tournament volunteers."
