It is always easier to train with a group that is working towards the same goal - to be fit and ready heading into preseason. This 7.5 week program will be designed to keep your player sharp in all categories of the game over their summer break, to allow for them to go into Middle School, High School, or College Preseason well equipped. We will cover numerous topics of the game, including Attacking, Defending, Mental Toughness and so much more. There will be a 2-hour session (8:00am-10:00am), two times a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) for the entirety of the summer. If you sign your player up for the whole program, you'll save $25!
