Strength and Speed Programs Spring 2018

Nordic Soccer is pleased to announce the continuation of our speed, agility, strength and conditioning program for the spring season.


Mondays 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 6/4, 6/11, 6/18 and 6/25 at the Tree Farm.


Speed and Agility Spring Program 2018 - 6pm to 7pm - 2009 to 2005 Boys and Girls.


Strength and Conditioning Spring Program 2018 -7pm to 8pm - 2004 and older Boys and Girls.


Cost will be $80 per player for the 8 week program.

The mission of this program is to enhance players ability on the soccer field by using exercises and drills that improve speed and agility. 


This training will help players become quicker, faster, more powerful, and better able to move laterally, which will help both with and without the ball during games. 


This program will provide a safe and effective environment that focuses on the physiological principles and proper technique of movements to help players improve their speed and agility.


What players can expect:


Use of equipment like cones, hurdles, speed ladders and bands.

Movements like jumping, sprinting, bounding, etc.

Body weight exercises.

A chance to focus on their specific needs and improve.
